Prominent HomeCare Solutions was contacted 9/27/2018 to help me once I returned home 9/28/18 from rehab. I'm recovering from a fall resulting in a broken hip and not confident I can safely take care of myself alone. Although it was short notice when I reached out to Prominent HomeCare - my needs were met and everyone worked together to ensure I felt like a priority. I received their information from the rehab along with other care providers. I chose Prominent HomeCare Solutions because they were responsive, proactive and they provide transportation services (which is important to me). Everyone I have encountered has been pleasant, the caregivers are warm and wonderful and I LOVE the Family Room! It help me manage my care online! I highly recommend!

Prominent HomeCare Solutions managed my home health care from mid December 2016 through early March 2017 while I was at home recuperating from an intracondylar fracture of my left femur. The caregivers, for the most part, were very professional. They performed basic functions such as bathing assistance, cooking meals, sweeping, vacuuming, etc. as well as driving me to and from therapy or to the store. They did all this without having to be constantly reminded. Occasionally a caregiver would not show up or cancel at the last minute, but usually a replacement was on the way shortly. Prominent was very easy to work with. If the caregiver was not a good fit, Prominent bent over backwards to quickly find a suitable replacement. I highly recommend Prominent for all your health care needs. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed.

I would recommend Prominent Homecare Solutions to anyone that is in need of care for a loved one! The entire staff was extremely professional and made this experience smooth for my family and I. I truly appreciate the level of quality care that was received for my grandmother!
