Comfort Keepers did an outstanding job for us. They quickly organized caregivers to accommodate our needs on extremely short notice. They were all very compassionate and caring during such a trying time, we would strongly recommend using their service for your loved one.

We had Comfort Keepers of Lubbock since April. The lady we have is very efficient and helps with our bathing. We're very happy with her. She comes in at 9:00 in the morning and leaves at 3:00 in the afternoon, every day, five days a week. She helps with making the bed, cleaning the house, and cooking lunch for us. She takes us to the store if we need to go to the store.

They've all been pretty good. They all seemed very nice and they take care of mom. I don't mind them talking about personal things since they're good friends with her. However, they do take care of her. They do the house work around and the things they needed to do. They're all very very nice and we do like them. When I call them, they're there immediately. They're always helpful and go over board to take care of things. I don't have any problems on the management end of Comfort Keepers. Lisa, Molly, Cherish and Eva - all of them have been very very good.

Lisa Carson, RN opened her Lubbock franchise in 2002 in order to help older adults in the Lubbock area live happy, independent lives in the comfort of their own homes. Lisa is an RN, as well as, a Certified Case Manager and she is happy to help with all of your care needs, including long-term care insurance needs.
We at Comfort Keepers understand the way you feel about obtaining quality care for a loved one. Our focus is always on reliability, safety and quality of life. We will treat your loved one as though we were providing care for a member of our own family. We provide our clients with the highest quality of life achievable through personalized planning and interactive caregiving.
We can provide from 2 hours to 24 hours of care. We will provide a free, in-home evaluation and implement a plan of care that is unique to each of our clients. Our staff is available for care 24 hours per day/7 days per week. All of our employees undergo extensive background screening and we are fully licensed, bonded and insured.
By providing seniors with interactive caregiving, companionship, in-home care, personal care and safety solutions, we contribute to a happier, healthier life and help seniors remain in their home (or current living arrangement) as long as possible.
