MedPro USA helped with caring for my mom ,the care Manager was so professional and flexible with making sure my mom got matched with the caregivers that are taking care of her 24hrs a day. We changed the start date a few times because my mom discharge from the rehabilitation center kept changing but Ms D worked with us,checking in often till the day mom was eventually discharged,we had a caregiver ready and waiting for us at my mom’s when she got home and Ms D,the manager was there to make sure everything ran smoothly.The agency did a few check ins to make sure we were satisfied with the caregivers sent. I recommend them to anyone looking for care in Houston.
