We used Homewatch CareGivers of Cypress & NW Houston for one week and then stopped. It's just my uncle was very sick at the time, and he ended up going to the VA Hospital and passing away. They sent over a very wonderful young lady who was good. They provided someone who would be able to help him with his daily functioning and also run some quick errands, was very caring, and very trustworthy. We were happy with the service. We chose it because the owner was very good about contacting us and following up. Billing and scheduling were fine.

The Homewatch owner and caregivers were awesome to have when my dad came home after a long period between being at the hospital and rehab. It took a lot of stress of my mother to have the help. We started off with 24 hour care for the first couple of weeks then we switched to 8 hours a day Monday through Friday for about 2 months until he was good even to get around on his own. They're very easy to work with.

The team at Homewatch Caregivers of Cypress has been an absolute God send. I cannot begin to express my family's gratitude. They have managed to bring some joy into my grandparents lives and we can see and hear the difference. The caregiver is excellent and always on time, and very professional. Sharan is always available when you call the office. Keep up the good work.

Homewatch caregivers have been providing personal care for my aunt for the past 2 months. They have been really helpful and very accomodating. They matched us up with a very professional caregiver and we are very happy with the service. Being away on business a lot of the time, the client portal is a great way to keep track of what is going on. Definitely would recommend their services.
