Most of the staff were very friendly. They really took care of him, and the facility was very nice. The rooms and halls were kept clean, and when I called someone the response was fairly quick. When asked questions, the nurses were very easy to talk with. Parking was okay, but a little tight. It was hard to get in and out of. There was one employee who fed my father lunch, and would put the tv on a country music station and leave it. My father hated country music, and I wish this one employee would have been more considerate regarding that. I asked her to not do that anymore, but if she did I have no idea. Its just courtesy regarding your patient. Overall, we were very happy with the facility and staff.
