I felt compelled to share this with your company about the services we currently receive from Silver Angels. My Aunt who resides with me, suffers from Vascular Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. We used another Homecare service prior to Silver Angels and were terribly disappointed with the care and scheduling of services. After choosing Silver Angels, I emphasized that I prefer one particular caregiver to come in my home and care for my Aunt. I have found from past experience how important it is to have a familiar face that my Aunt can get accustomed to as well as the caregiver can get accustomed to the patient's needs. The 3rd day with Silver Angels, Mallory appeared at our door prepared to assist Aunt Pauline with her care. I must say this first and foremost.. God Blessed our family the day Mallory walked through the door!. She is the kindest, most caring young woman I have ever had the pleasure to meet. My Aunt absolutely adores her as well as my husband and myself. She has always shown exquisite care for my Aunt as well as any tasks that needed to be done. Her personality and mannerism goes without saying.impeccable! This young lady has certainly met her calling, to care for the elderly requires sometimes great challenges but Mallory always accomplishes those challenges. Her heart is of genuine love and concern for my Aunt. She always ask if there is anything else I would like her to do. I certainly appreciate her so much. I can't say enough about her, she is truly a Gem! I am so thankful when I chose Silver Angels and they sent us Mallory. We would be so upset if we didn't have her, we trust her completely and know we never have to be concerned about the care she gives my Aunt. Her patience, compassion and understanding these last few days since my Aunt's memory has worsened has touched our hearts. I assume you most likely think I am exaggerating to some degree, well I can assure you not a word of this is exaggerated at all. If anything I haven't said enough good things about this young lady. She truly is an Angel! Thank you for sending her to us, she has made such a difference in our lives.

The caregiver that Silver Angels provided me is professional and caring. She is like a part of family. No one is like her. She is very trustworthy and treats you respectfully in everything. I wish she could go on vacation with me. We would certainly have a good time!
