We used East Tennessee Personal Care for about a month. They found a caregiver for us immediately as soon as we got approved. They were very good, and I was very pleased. I was concerned when I had to change agencies because we had to move. And we had to change people. But I was very happy with the care that they gave my mother. They were very good with her. We had three dependable caregivers, seven days a week. I felt comfortable leaving mother with them. They made my mother's last days better and enabled us to keep her at home.
