I am working with TopCare4U for my mother. It's okay. They've done everything I need. My mother needs to have somebody with her, so what she gets from TopCare4U is a caregiver. She hasn't really needed a home nurse or anything like that, just a caregiver. She doesn't use any kidney equipment, special breathing equipment or special injections or anything like that. She just needs caregiving which includes help with shower, meals, help with getting dressed, a little bit of help with schedule comprehension because that's an issue, and help with medication when she has medication, and now she has insulin shots. They usually answer my questions when I have questions. However, they changed the address a couple of times, and it was kind of difficult for me. We've already gotten past that because now we do everything online.

I have been using TopCare4U Home Care for four years now. They're very good. They're very professional and they have been very good to me. They help me with everything. They help me with cooking, preparing my meals, and cleaning. They communicate very well with me. My caregiver is excellent. I never had any problems over the last four years. She has a very outgoing personality. What I would say to others is that they're very, very professional, and they're very with it.

We have been using TopCare4U for about a good nine months now, almost close to a year. We found them on social media and they're also referred by a mutual friend. It's definitely a good agency. They're taking good care of my mom, and I can say all the positive things about them. They're definitely dependable and reliable. My mom has never had any complaints about them. My mom said her caregiver is very good. My mom has a little depression sometimes, so she likes to come in and make her smile. She provides really good companionship for my mom because she gets lonely sometimes. She is definitely a positive person. She definitely provides positive skills when it comes to my mom because she talks a lot. She is very trustworthy. She is not only a caregiver, but definitely a good friend, and that's awesome.

I have been using TopCare4U Home Care Agency for my husband. There's nothing that I really don't like about them. It's a very good agency. I have a great guy that works with my husband. Everything is fine. Everything gets done the way it should get done. He helps my husband with all personal care and all the outside shopping. He even helps within the house as far as cleaning what's necessary. I do most of that, but he helps. Whatever my husband wants, he really does. He's very good at his job. I love the reviews and I happen to like the owner, too. She and I got along extremely well, and she's really good at what she does. She runs a good ship. They're honest. It's a great company.

I have been using TopCare4U since 2019. What I like most is that I can contact them personally and I like that. With other agencies, I wasn't getting callbacks. They help me with bathing, with my hair, cooking, cleaning, they escort me to appointments, medications, and help with picking out my clothes because I'm legally blind. When I go to therapy or we have therapy at home, I get help with that, too. They help me with everyday life living. My caregiver is loving and cares about me. When I have appointments during odd times, she comes. During her hours off, she comes. She would not let me catch any other modes of transportation. Like if stuff runs late, like my chemo last week, we ran three hours over, she stayed and waited for that, so that I wouldn't have to go home alone. Who I have now is somebody who really cares. I don't have to worry when I can't get out of bed or I can't make it downstairs, she can use the key and get in the house, and I don't have to worry about anything in my house. I don't have to worry with her.

I have been using TopCare4U Home Care Agency for five years now. They've been excellent. The caregiver has been excellent. She goes above and beyond. Even after hours, she comes. She brings me stuff, and she calls me all the time checking in on me and making sure I'm all right. They check on me constantly. I have two aides now. I'm legally blind, so they help me with cooking, cleaning, dressing, putting on my clothes, showering, washing my hair and walking me up and down the block for exercise. They're really personable. The owner is really personable. She calls and she checks on her client. She's not my caretaker, but she always calls and asks me if I need anything or if I need to go shopping.
