I came across Griswold Home Care through Caring.com. My friend also hired them before, and he was pleased with their service. They matched my sister up with the person she deals with very well. They came out in the evening to set up the services, and it was a pretty good match, as far as I can see. We’re very happy with them. The caregiver's work ethics is good. She’s always here on time; she does what we ask her to do. I think she likes to do a little bit more. She gets along with my sister. My sister has dogs, and she gets along well with the animals. She knows what she’s doing; she’s a seasoned professional. The management is fine. We don’t have any problems with the scheduling and billing.
