We are using Synergy off and on for my dad. They're good. We chose them because the manager we talked with was extremely helpful. She was helpful and committed to what she does. She was not trying to rush us to make a decision. We also liked that one of the owners of that division of Synergy is a registered nurse. I felt like it was important to have a registered nurse taking stock of how the care was going. Synergy is good. They are flexible with the scheduling. They're well equipped to do the billing because they're part of a large national organization and that was another reason why we chose them.
