We had a wonderful experience with Senior Helpers. I would highly recommend them. John, Lori, and the office staff were great to work with for scheduling. The caregivers who worked with my father were caring and truly helpful. When dad went from the hospital to rehab and then back home, they worked on short notice to provide caregivers around the clock so that we could have him back at home. Billing was done accurately and in a timely manner.

Companion services are being provided for our mother who is in a skilled nursing facility. Staffing has been consistent and everyone is always willing to assist in any way that is allowed by the institution. Every companion knows our mother and her immediate needs well. They are attentive and make all attempts to keep her engaged by taking her to activities, walks, doing crafts, personal needs, assisting her with the facility staff, etc. With the consistency of companions, the nursing home staff have come to know and have good working relationships. As a family member, the companions often engage and have provided us with their personal cell numbers for daily communications as necessary. If a companion is late because of another obligation or is out sick, the agency is responsive for informing the family of the absence.

Senior Helpers provided Companion services to my father who is a resident in a Memory Care Unit. Their staff was excellent at scheduling these services on very short notice as his condition worsened very quickly. Their responsiveness to emails and texts was incredible. They are very compassionate people and very service oriented. We would highly recommend their services to those who are looking for this type of assistance. The staff at the facility where my father resides said that the services of Senior Helpers was extremely helpful and the caregivers were very nice.

We got Senior Helpers for my wife's mother. They just offer companionship right now and spend a couple hours with her three days a week, and she goes walking with her once in a while. I would recommend them because we met with the owner of the company and he runs his business well and he cares.
