I had a problems with management of this agency. First, the owners never calling back even after numerous requests. Secondary, they are spreading personal information between relatives. This is bringing terrible feelings to the aged client who found out about it. Third, the agency is organizing Christmas/New year celebration during working hours forcing home attendants to ask clients to free them from work and be on their own. But attendants being paid for those hours.
