Raleigh Geriatric Care Management is owned and operated by Lauren Watral, MSW, member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Assisting families with aging loved ones, Lauren conducts assessments, a comprehensive evaluation designed to optimize an older person's ability to enjoy good health, improve their overall quality of life, reduce the need for hospitalizations and/or institutionalization, and enable them to live independently for as long as possible. Referrals are made to home care agencies, elder law attorneys, adult day care facilities, and long term care facilities. Ongoing care management, counseling, Medicare and Medicaid answers, facility reviews, crisis intervention are among the many tasks provided by Raleigh Geriatric Care Management.
