Latisha and her associate provided 24/7 home care to my mother from November 14, 2022, until January 5, 2023. My mother fell in love with Latisha from day one. She was compassionate, professional, caring, all of the things you would want someone caring for your loved one to be. She is pleasant and easy to communicate with and a joy to be around. My mother had fallen multiple times and had a cracked pelvis. She had been in rehab for 3 weeks prior to Latisha starting the home health care. She provided my mother with the care she needed and helped my mother maintain her dignity in a very difficult situation for her. She went above and beyond the services you would expect a care provider to perform. She was very conscientious about promptly communicating any concerns she had about my mother's well-being. For example, she would let us know if mom wasn't sleeping or if she wasn't eating properly or how she was acting emotionally, and how she was doing with her PT and OT sessions. Right before Christmas Latisha's mother passed suddenly and under these extremely difficult circumstances for her, she made sure that there was no gap in my mother's care. We have nothing but praise for the job Latisha did and would highly recommend her.
