We have VNA of Western NY coming in for my father-in-law. He also has a home care aide who's coming in twice a week right now that was arranged by Visiting Nurses, so everything is all covered. They monitor his open wound and his Foley catheter. They've been very good, very pleasant and very helpful. Like any other place in the United States, they need more staffing, but we've been satisfied with them so far.

We are using VNA for my father. I chose them because his doctor recommended them. So far, they have done really well. They provide physical as well as occupational therapy. They also provided people to help him at home. The caregivers are all very helpful. What impressed me is that they actually called me right back after the doctor put in the recommendation, so they have been very responsive.
