Home Care Yor Way provides home care aide services for my mother, a 90-year-old woman. Lisa, the home care aide assigned to the case, arrives on time. Lisa provides all services requested including help with medications, meal preparation, grocery shopping, light cleaning, dressing, and taking out the garbage. While my mother doesn't think she needs any help, which is not true, Lisa exhibits patience and understanding of the client's situation. I have had the opportunity for personal interaction with Home Care Your Way and Lisa and have been completely satisfied. Lisa provides a detailed summary of activities and other information requested such as food prepared and quantities remaining to develop subsequent food orders. Home Care Your Way offers scheduling flexibility which has been helpful. Home Care Your Way has been responsive to my requests for service. Service billing has been accurate, descriptive, and timely. I recommend Home Care Your Way for home care aide services.
