I've been using them for three years, and two of three aides I've used are still with me. There's very little I can find that I don't like about the aides. They show up, even in the worst weather. It's 100% necessary. I'm bound in bed and have no use below my waist, so I depend on them for toileting and washing. They get things for me.

Family Home Health Care has people in the office that I like. The impact is hard to say because some things are good, and some are not good. They are going out of business, and they told me that they are releasing me to another agency.

Family Home Health Care is very quick to get back to me regarding a problem to resolve it. The aide helps my mother with things that I can't help my mom with.

Most of the caregivers that they've sent me were really good. And if you call them up, they're right there to help you. Family Home Health Care has helped me because I can't dress myself or cook for myself. That's the problem; a lot of the caregivers can't cook.

Family Home Health Care has been fantastic with my grandmother. There is a monthly nurse that comes on the weekends that is convenient for my schedule. They also give me the option to have someone else come if there are issues with the normal caregiver. Family Home Health Care keeps my grandmother safe and gives me peace of mind while I'm at work. That way, I don't have anxiety throughout the day.

My sister has mental and physical disabilities and the caregiver does not talk down to my sister. The services provided by Family Home Health Care allow me to leave the house.
