Visiting Angels in Albany NY provides wonderful caregivers to my family. I’ve tried other company’s in our area but they’ve always fell short. Visiting Angels is refreshing, competent and the only Homecare agency I would most highly recommended- they are the best!

Visiting Angels in Albany NY provides wonderful caregivers to my family. I’ve tried other company’s in our area but they’ve always fell short. Visiting Angels is refreshing, competent and the only Homecare agency I would most highly recommended- they are the best!

My mother is using Visiting Angels. They are supervising her, watching her dispense her own meds, helping her get her own food out of the refrigerator and trying to warm them up herself. They're supervising that, helping her when she needs help, helping her in the shower, and getting her into bed. We chose them because they've had a good reputation and another family member, in-laws side, used them and we're very pleased. My mom has had several caregivers, and they've all been excellent. They pay close attention to her needs, and they're good conversationalists for her. The family is satisfied with the care that she's been getting and the reasonable rate.

We now have Visiting Angels who's in-charge of taking care of my mom who was diagnosed to have Alzheimer's. It was never easy for us that's why we decided to just get her a caregiver. We're still waiting for the right assisted living facility for her. For now, we will continue to have Visiting Angels as her caregiver. It's been a good experience so far. Highly recommended.
