"We now have Visiting Angels who's in-charge of taking care of my mom who was diagnosed to have Alzheimer's. It was never easy for us that's why we decided to just get her a caregiver. We're still waiting for the right assisted living facility for her. For now, we will continue to have Visiting Angels as her caregiver. It's been a good experience so far. Highly recommended. "

"We have been using Touching Heart for over six months now. Basically, they do light cleaning, companion service, and they feed my mom and they fix her meals. There's more than one caregiver, and so far, it's been good. They're attentive. Their scheduling is based on what we pretty much need and can afford at the same time. I contacted a couple of in-home care agencies, and Touching Heart was the one who actually got back to me and came to the house and talked."

"Maria and Ramon are honestly the most compassionate, genuine, and hardworking team I have ever met. Two years ago I became my Grandmother's (who is now in the final stages of Alzheimer's disease) primary caregiver. I'm a full time student with a rigorous academic schedule and because of them I know with out hesitation that whenever I'm not there my Grandmother is safe, in good company, and is receiving the utmost care. Maria and Ramon care for us like we are part of their family. No matter how difficult and last minute our demand they are always there making sure we have everything we need. They truly are a rarity! They are two exceptional people who have devoted themselves to giving and improving the quality of life of those who can no longer care for themselves. They do it with a smile and without reservation because they really genuinely care. We are so blessed and truly grateful for all of their support,understanding, and everything they do. "

"We hired Neighbors NY Queensbury and they're doing great, they're doing everything I asked for. They have a nurse that comes out periodically and we have aides seven days a week, and they're skilled aides, not just companion aides. The people that they have, their staffing, it's outstanding. Their billing is clockwork, we get the bill after every two weeks. We have not had any problems with their scheduling."
