We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I'm dealing with health issues myself and the aide has been very understanding and kind, as well as very compassionate to my husband's needs. They have the ability to match an aide with the patient's interests and needs.

I couldn't do it without them. I'm not allowed to drive and would be homebound without them. Their service is fantastic.

We got an aide from Right at Home - Monroe to stay with my mom. The agency has been excellent. The caregiver helps with her daily living, like washing her hair and making sure she gets out of bed. They give her medication, but I put it all in a pill box. They just make sure she takes it. They cook her meals and keep her company. The lady she has now full-time has a certification for elder care, and she's been wonderful. When they introduced us to the caregiver, the owners of the company came to the house with her. They're extremely supportive. My mother had to go to the hospital and they went to the hospital with her until I could get there, which happened twice. When mom had these medical problems, one of the office managers left the office to drive to the house to see how my mom was doing and waited until I got there. She just did that and she didn't charge me. They've just been wonderful.
