We have a caregiver from Comfort Keepers - Santa Fe, NM come in twice a week for my father. When I first contacted them, I just got a really good first impression over the phone. They were always just willing to come up and start right away, which was exactly what I needed. They are very concerned and they keep me in the loop. If the caregiver is going to be late, they call. If he can't come, they call. The communication with them is completely outstanding. The caregiver helps Dad in the morning to get out of bed and then he showers him, brushes his teeth, brushes his hair, and gets him dressed. He makes him breakfast, which I thought was cool. He sits and chats with Dad. He does the exercises when the physical therapist isn't there.

company was unable to provide basic service 3 days a week, unable to properly bill my insurance company. Due to this they cost me over $2800 in non-reimbursable costs.

I have a group called Comfort Keepers in Santa Fe. I have to pay them and I get a few hours a week. It's a little bit stressful on my income, but it's worth it because they're wonderful, especially the woman that works for me. They're very helpful, and the person that works for me is wonderful. She cleans like there's no tomorrow and she does everything I want her to do. She is also really fast, efficient, and friendly. They do cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care.
