Dorothy has been with us for for 3 years. She built a very good relationship with my father. My father really likes her and speaks highly of her. He's really happy with her. Dorothy does a good job with my father.

I find Dorson very good. They satisfy the help that I'm looking for. Most of the aides are very cooperative. They're always willing to do all the tasks. They have a positive attitude and always ready to work. If I see something that is not up to standard, I would talk to them and they would correct it. Whenever there is a problem I would call the office and they would rectify the problem as soon as possible. If an aide can't make it, I would call them up and they would find a replacement within a reasonable time.
