We hired Comfort Keepers for my dad. It was good, and they filled in quickly in a pinch when we needed day-and-night care, but now we're eventually going to move toward someone who will just be a full-time live-in and handle all of it. It will take awhile to get to that, but once that is taken care of, things will get better. They provide us with day-and-night care, aides who will cook, and assistance in ADLs. When my father's wife was still alive, she was looking for someone, and I searched for them. They had good reviews online, but the billing and scheduling are not perfect. There have been some overcharges that needed to be refunded and things like that.
