The agency has provided an aide, Michael, who is top notch. He is so caring and so efficient. My husband is very pleased with him and is comfortable in his care. I am also very comfortable leaving my husband with Michael knowing he is in such good hands.

Help with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing. Assist in meditation management and meal prep. Light housework, laundry. Most of all companionship and peace of mind that my loved ones have someone looking out for them.

My wife has had heart and diabetes related ailments for a number of months. Second Family has provided us with quality and professional in house care for my wife when I am at work. The care level is extraordinary and the care was carefully planned out by Second Family through an in house visit by the Supervisor of Nursing Services at the beginning of our relationship. We have received a subsequent visit to evaluate my wife's progress and to help us with other aspects of her care. The in house professionals have been trained, informed, and caring. They have developed a great rapport with my wife and she trusts them, for which I am particularly grateful.

The agency has been extremely responsive to all my family's needs regarding my 100 year old mother. The scheduler has always been able to find someone to take care of mom even on short notice!! The nurse and aides treat mom with amazing patience and respect!! She loves spending time with them!! I highly recommend them to all!!!
