I used We Care Home Caregivers to help in my elderly fathers care. Leslie, the Office Manager, is fantastic with her communication and prompt replies. I never had to wait long for her to respond back to either a phone call or email and she was always prompt with my scheduling needs. The care for my father was good and coverage was always provided whenever I needed it and they were always understanding if my scheduling needs changed on short notice. The caregivers were always prompt and on time. The caregivers listened to any special care requests which I had. Overall, excellent customer service, especially because of Leslie's dedication to her job and very good caregiving from the assigned caregivers. Thank you for making difficult times a little easier.
