We have been very pleased with Holy Redeemer Hospice-NJ Shore for my father. We have no complaints. They do what they say they're going to do. They're compassionate. The caregivers are wonderful. They call as far as scheduling and timing when they'll arrive. They're very understanding. They explain everything they're doing and present different options. Like the LPN was supposed to come on a scheduled day. She had a meeting, so she called and said she couldn't make it, so she would come the day before rather than miss the time. My father was having problems getting up to relieve himself, so she suggested they could do an external catheter as opposed to a real catheter to avoid infection. They're just very thorough.
