I haven't seen that much specialized care, to be honest. I'm not sure if that's because my dad's illness is not severe yet, but I was hoping for more coaching. That component has not really come through much. There was a more thorough intake process, and I appreciated the opportunity to talk with the nurse as well as with the coach. I appreciate that our caregiver has taken initiative. She brings her own creativity to come up with stimulating activities for my father.

I like the care that the agency gives me, I like how they inform me if anything changes, they always are on top of that and know what is going on and the people they send to my home are so caring and they treat us with respect and anything that I need they make sure I am comfortable and washed and my bed is always changed. It is very helpful. They help a lot. It gives me time to do other things. I like the caregivers, and I like how they can make other caregivers available if my caregiver is not able to come. I can call them anytime, and they will answer, I don't get a robot, I get a live person and I like that.
