My sister Kathy and I would like to start out thanking Andrew who was great to work with pertaining to anything financial, Karen and Shelby were wonderful with the whole process of finding the perfect person to take care of our mother and we would also like to thank our mother's caregiver, Ruth. Our mother really enjoyed having Ruth who not only cared for her but she also sat and listened to her. We never worried about leaving her to run any errands. We feel very comfortable recommending FirstLight to anyone looking for a company to provide great home care for their loved one. We truly appreciate the great kindness and care they provided our mother.

I always have very good interactions with Karla, she is friendly and she is very helpful. Barney loves her and I am glad Karla is my caregiver she always has a smile when she walks through the door.

Karla is a very reliable caregiver. She always shows up, which is very important since I can’t get my husband out of bed by myself. She helps out in numerous other ways with a good attitude. When my husband’s dementia is problematic, she is able to get his cooperation. She is also friendly and good company.

We are so grateful to have Denise as our care!giver. She is always on time, and is so respectful and friendly. She helps my husband with his physical and mental excerises every visit. She is observant in any changes he might be going through.Helps with housework and runs errands. She is an extraordinary caregiver!

Brittany R is a great care giver. She does everything that is needed for my husband and myself. We like her and her personallity is wondeful and she shows respect towards us both. Brittany R is simply the best for me. She does shopping, runs errands, gets me fast food, all on tops of giving me bed baths and keepings on the linen clean. I can not say enough good things about her.

I'm very satisfied with my service through first light. My caregiver, Brittany R does personal care, laundry, cleans, runs errands, gets groceries, helps take care of my pets, and helps me get things set up for the mext week, taking me to doctor appointments and ect. Without her I wouldn't be able to get the things done that I need done for everyday life. Due to me being disabled and in scooter. Thank you Brittany and first light so your services.

My wife's Care Giver is Jeanna. Jeanna is a very loving, caring person who always puts my wife's needs first. She sees that all health needs (ADL's), are met, does light housekeeping, accompanies my wife to doctors and lab tests, prepares meals and light snacks. Jeanna also guides my wife through her Physical Therapy exercises for balance and strength.

I am so thankful to everyone at FirstLight Home Care for the support and care that was given to my mother, Barbara, during her last few months of life. We were matched up with our amazing caregiver Cynthia. I do not have the words to express how wonderful Cynthia was with my mother. She was caring, professional and accommodating, making sure my mother was comfortable and well taken care of. It was a great relief for me to be able to go to work and not have to worry about my mother receiving great care while I was gone.
