I am the caregiver for my 96 year young mother. She has had many a year of PT and OT. I had never been so taken back that my mother is being refused healthcare services because we did not fill in a line for "evacuation destination " on the mounds of paperwork requested. This happened Wednesday it is now Sunday and noone from management has reached out. There is NO REASON to be so totally unprofessional and uncaring to an elderly patient.
