We chose First Call to provide home care services for my elderly father in 2012 and have never looked back. The aids have all been extremely helpful with tasks around the house and regarding his health, especially after his hip surgery last winter. I have recommended First Call to friends who have had similar experiences and would also recommend to you.

I had a caregiver from First Call Homecare for almost two years who was excellent. She took care of my husband, cleaned the house, and gave me time off. Their job description is to do what the person wants. She cooked for us, did the dishes for us, and did my laundry if I hadn’t caught up. I would give her a 5, but the agency a 4 because of book-keeping mistakes; they couldn’t get it together a lot of times.

WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CARE. DID NOT RETURN CALLS. WHEN NURSE CAME TO MY HOME,STATED WE DO NOT LIKE TO COME TO THE INNER CITY.
