I would NEVER recommend Kare n Home Health. My Physical therapy guy insist my dog be locked in kennel. I've been receiving care off and on for 3 years with this company and he is the only one who has requested this. It's obvious he doesn't like dogs. Well you know what he's the only person from Kare N my dog didn't like. I think my dog is a pretty good judge of character. My dog doesn't go anywhere near him. My dog has never tried to bite him. If my dog is loose he makes me go out on the porch to do my exercises. We do about 3 exercises. The other guy we were doing about 10 exercises and stopping for break in between. I feel like I need this to improve. I fell. Boke a bone in my back. I called someone a week ago to advise them what happened and I wanted to know if inpatient rehab would be better for me. I was told by a nurse who I spoke with on the phone. PT guy would come out, access the situation and make a recommendation. I told PT guy I needed to ask a couple of questions. He told me he didn't have time, he had to go to the next patients house. I spoke with PT and he claims it's not up to him. So I call back to ask when my nurse is coming and was advised Friday. Late Friday no nurse had come by. I called home health was told nurse came by Wednesday. I told her no she didn't. She told me nurse called me. I told her no she didn't. I asked to change PT to the other other one. It hasn't been done. Apparently the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. It's a week and no answer to my question. I have not seen a nurse in a week. i'm so angry and frustrated at your company. I'll keep complaining until someone listens. Social services. Hospital administration. Whoever. You are not providing good service and you are neglecting you patients.

The caretakers with Gulfport Kare in Home are all amazing! We had the same ones come most of the time, but even when others came, they were so kind and caring towards Mom! She loved them all, too! Best decision we ever made in switching her home health (and hospice) to Kare in Home! Very professional and knowledgeable about any issue we faced! Thank you to all the special caretakers!

Would not recommend for several reasons. Overall, cost is not commensurate with services provided. Virtually no oversight of caregivers, and no accountability to family members.

Of all the caregivers from Kare In Home Health Services that came to our house, only one was so-so, and the rest were excellent. The so-so person no longer comes. They give my sister a bath, do some light housework, do the laundry, and fix some breakfast for her. The pricing is high for people like us, but compared to other agencies, they are certainly reasonable and within the limit. We do like their services and what they provide. I also like the way they treat her when they come. They do a good job with the care and attitude, yet they're very friendly at the same time. So they really do make you comfortable.

Kare In-Home Health was excellent. The director was very professional. She came out and talk to us and we really liked her. They were very kind and caring. They were helping take care of my mother while I was out of town. It was only for a week, but it was good.
