Alpha Therapeutic Home Care located in Rochester Michigan is one of the better home health care agencies in the area. They provide the normal range of services offered by other agencies, such as nursing, aide, social work, physical therapy, to name a few. I have known a few clients who have worked with them and have yet to hear a complaint! One of the most common statements I hear about them is that the patients enjoy working with their nurses. I have heard that this agency treats their staff members well, which I feel in turn creates a good working environment for the staff and this reflects in the care of their patients. This agency is always prompt to return phone calls and always works to provide their patients with all services needed. Overall, I give this agency a rating of 4.5/5. The office staff seems to be very organized and the staff is caring and knowledgeable. I think that both of these factors work together to create a level of trust for the patients so they feel well taken care of.
