My mother has been using Comfort Keepers Bay City for a month and a half now. The caregiver has been OK so far and the service that I'm getting is consistent. We don't have any direct communication with the actual caregiver. On the positive side, the caregiver is the same one every day. My mom is very hard to please and she's been OK with the service so far.
