We used ProMedica Hospice Serving Ann Arbor - Ann Arbor, MI for my father. They came into the facility and provided hospice services while he was there. They were fantastic. They took a lot of the weight of worry that I had for my dad off of my shoulders. I'm working so I couldn't be with him all the time and knowing that hospice was going in daily, checking and making sure that he was doing okay, they were just so good and proactive about meeting his needs and making sure that he was comfortable. I can't say enough about them. The hospice is paid for through insurance, so there are no worries at all with hospice care. It's all taken care of through Medicare. They were just so supportive. It was like having an extra family member helping, and it made a really difficult time a lot easier.
