MeetCaregivers is a fabulous agency. They are responsive and sensitive to the needs of the client and family, and work hard to find the right match(es). For example, my mother was extremely hard of hearing and needed caregivers who could speak slowly and repeat if needed, requiring a lot of patience. She also did not want to be "bossed around," which was difficult when she insisting on doing things that were unsafe for her. Her caregivers were very respectful and handled these situations with professionalism and grace. When my mother declined quickly and was bedridden for over a week before her death, her devoted caregivers transitioned seamlessly to changing her diapers and giving her bed baths. I was impressed by their wide range of skill sets and their compassion and support as our family went through a difficult time. They became like family to us, staying later and doing extra when needed. I would recommend MeetCaregivers without reservation for anyone seeking care.

I can not say enough about Meetcaregivers team. They take time to match you with the best match. I specifically asked them to send me someone who can help me with light cleaning, cooking, transportation, errands, medication reminder. I also wanted someone that I can talk to easily and could read for me and deal with my anxiety. I was very impressed . Whenever she is not available, they send a back up person who is also great. The Care managers are so kind and always available to help.

I‘m a 70 y.o. formerly active person until I broke my leg on ice this winter. While being homebound, and having many limitations and frustrations, MeetCaregivers was a godsend-just perfect for me. Although I liked the concept of their caregiver's videos, I could tell who wouldn’t be right for me, but not always who would be. Their supervisor made an initial home visit to meet me and assess what was needed. When she asked me what qualities I wanted in a caregiver, I was so grateful to have a choice and tell what qualities were important to me. She recommended and arranged caregivers that would be a “good fit”. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire time, largely by email and texts which was easiest for me. It made a huge difference to find flexible caregivers who I really enjoyed having in my home and spending time with. They helped me with meals, drove me places (like doctor’s appointments, the bank, etc.), and even helped me with laundry, and unique household tasks I couldn’t do myself. If one has to be in this situation, I couldn’t imagine a better experience. I highly recommend MeetCaregivers. I was also pleased about their rates which I found to be more reasonable than other agencies.
