The caregivers make him feel comfortable, that's part because they're very good and partly because of their consistency. They should improve the quality and training of aides.

They need to do more cleaning and do the list of things they are supposed to do. I shouldn't have to go after them about when they haven't done. They would need to have more of a relationship with us and provide us with a full-time caregiver.
