We have Mystic Valley Elder Services providing home care services for my mom. We have them do some bathing for her. She gets two visits from them in a week for two hours. They give her a bath and clean her. They clean the house a little bit too. The caregivers that we have are really good. We had one back last fall that wasn't too good, but they stopped sending that person. They have very good health people, so we're happy with them.

The caregiver from Mystic Valley Elder Services seems to be very good. My mom likes her. She tries to do as much as she can. She is very attentive. She comes to the house on time. She is very friendly, and she seems to be very knowledgeable.

My mother-in-law has Mystic Valley Elder Services provided services in her home. They help her with her bathing and shopping. They clean her apartment and make her bed. To help her get up, they recommend a very good walker. So, far things are working out pretty well.
