Happy, willing, experienced and helped her positively work thru her alz. dog days. Janet was always responsive and the whole system worked. We're in the process of moving into a facility that offers assisted living and memory care.

My sister-in-law is using PPC Personalized Private Care. We only had the caregiver for a little less than three months and it was pnly part time, three days a week for a couple of hours. Services include helping her get dressed and helping her with her meal, that was pretty much it. We were referred to them by someone who had a good experience, and so that's why we called them. The caregiver, for the most part, is good. They changed. One of them got sick and she discontinued working. The other one was young. She was a very nice, sweet girl. Billing was consistent. Every Monday, I got an electronic bill and was able to pay it online. It was very easy. As we went on, I was going to say, "Can we just pay by month rather than going online and paying every week?" and they were more than happy to accommodate me, but we never got to that point. I had one issue where the worker didn't show up, but that's when we found out that she was in the hospital. They were functional and they were on top of it. The manager was especially on top of it, and we stayed in close contact with her. Because we were going to be looking for some additional help, she brought them in to introduce them to my sister-in-law. It was well run and organized, and it provided the service that we were looking for.

We used PPC Personalized Private Care. They took care of my husband. The aide provided caring professional service. I didn't have to worry at all about my husband's care. I knew he was being taken care of by a qualified person and a friendly, caring person too. I'm very satisfied with it. I used them for about four months. They provided daily care for him, dressing, bathing, companionship, feeding, and assisting me and teaching me how to do some things, too.

PPC Personalized Private Care, LLC is just unbelievable. They have done so much for my mother and so much for us. The owner is very educated, caring, helpful, goes above and beyond anything she needs to do, and takes phone calls, texts, no matter what time of the day or night. She's something that everybody dreams of when they're hiring an agency. She's very experienced. The caregivers are very educated in what they do, they are kind, and they do everything they can to make my mother comfortable. One of them does her hair and gets her involved with different things to keep her mind occupied. They're not allowed to lift her or do anything like that because of insurance risk. When they see something that is not right with how mom is or with what they're doing, they address it, they tell us and they also address it with the nursing home she's in. Mom got COVID, pneumonia, and UTI while she's in the nursing home all at once. She was in very bad health and the agency that we hired suited up and they still went there to be with her. That should tell you how much they care about the people they're taking care of. They could have just said, "She's got COVID, I'm not going near her." They're all suited up with masks and gowns and gloves and they were still with her through this whole thing. I wish it was more than just four hours a day. It really, really helped get her through everything because they were just right on top of it. I would love to do more, but it's all out of my pocket. They dress her up and play her music that she likes. The nursing home doesn't do that stuff; they don't have time. I can't say enough about the caregivers. It's like having a family member there or better than having a family member there in some cases because they just truly care about her. Another thing is that the caregivers that go there had similar experiences with their own family, so they get it. Their hearts are really, really into it. They're our saving grace.

Bob, my PCA, faithfully comes to my home as/when scheduled and always brings a smile. The agency helped me leave the nursing home and move home where I’m able to feed my cats, who are like family to me. I wouldn’t be able to live independently without PPC and its caring staff. I highly recommend them.
