I contracted Pinnacle for personal care for my mom in April 2019. My mom passed away in May 2019. I contacted the local office numerous times about the deposit refund. 15 months later and STILL WAITING!!!

We used Pinnacle Home Health for my wife. We had a nurse who bathed her and a physical therapist, but they had problems with people trying to come to the location that we were at because they didn’t want to do it. They were really good though.

I had a caregiver from Pinnacle Home Health. At first, it was very good because I was completely bedbound, but I progressed and got a little bit better. They told me they would have someone coming in to check on the person's work, but no one ever did that. They also told me they would come in and check on me, and no one ever did that. They also had a list when I signed in with them that she would vacuum and would do different things, but when my husband asked her to vacuum by the lift chair, she said she was only supposed to clean my space. I called the administrator and said that I didn't need just a sitter, that I needed someone to help me a little bit more, and they agreed to that, but they sent the same person. They continued to charge for taking me to the doctor when I never left the house. They used to help me with bathing, transfers, getting in and out the tub, and washing my hair.
