I want to take a moment to thank you for your service during my mom's long illness and during her final moments on earth. It was a great comfort knowing I left her in capable hands while at work. NiQuia was a special comfort to my mom during my hours at work. On behalf of myself and my siblings, thank you.

We paid $15/hr. for this service to take care of my elderly parent and we were ripped off! The employees who work for this company are lazy, unreliable and negligent. We had problems with no shows, lack of proper training, laziness and serious negligence. Most of the sitters would show up for their shift and play on their mobile phones the entire time and wouldn't tidy up and clean properly...disgusting. It was stressful and awful and I wouldn't wish this kind of nonsense and poor service on anyone trying to care for their loved one. The final straw was when we came home to find the "caregiver" sound asleep in the recliner and my parent yelling from his bedroom for help!!! He had been yelling for over 40 minutes! It was a horrible experience. We fired on the spot. Do not use this company!
