My husband used Traditions Health. They were just excellent. Everyone who came to see my husband was very caring about him, even though he couldn't always do what they requested. They collaborated so they knew what was going on with him. I felt comfortable calling them and asking questions. They responded to emergencies within a very good time limit. We had physical therapy, medication management, and occupational therapy. I think they gave 120% of themselves most of the time. Even though they might have been running late, they always finished whatever they were doing with him or even rounded up giving him a little extra attention and work to do just to be sure that he would have every chance he could. It felt like they were genuinely concerned, it was not just a job for them. The billing went to Medicare. The scheduling is sometimes a little problematic. They covered a pretty wide territory in Kansas. It would wind up that they would call me and tell me when they would be in town and aren't to see them at a certain time, which was not always convenient.
