My mother transferred from a facility in Omaha to Council Bluffs, and was also transferred to a different hospice- St Croix Hospice as well. Amazing people who bent over backwards to make the transition as smooth as possible. From the first day with the admission process, to current care for my mother, it has been excellent and more than I could have asked for. They have coordinated her care with Prairie Gate staff and everyone has made my mom's final days, filled with love, joy and care. Their communication has been consistent, thorough and clear.I give them the highest ratings!
