EveryStep Hospice is just awesome. They helped my mother with her breathing, her meds, her daily-type stuff like washing her hair, and all that. We love them. They were very caring, knowledgeable, and responsible. They care so much, and they help us so much. We were giving her so many choices, and it confused her, and their head nurse told me how her choices could confuse her, and she's so right. So that was excellent advice. I haven't seen the staff in person, but they communicate well -- mostly it's phone calls -- and I can't think of anything they can do to improve. I can't think of anything else that they can do to improve; they're just excellent with everything. Once a week we get an update, and they're just wonderful.
