I served as guardian of two disabled brothers, both of whom suffered and died from chronic renal disease in different facilities within 3 months of each other in 2010. I simply cannot say enough good things about Jo, the attendants, and the head nurse of this Council Bluffs, Iowa AseraCare organization. My one brother was in a facility that severely lacked in care and compassion as a hospice. AseraCare director and the head nurse called a meeting of the facility's nurses to remind them of their duties and the reason they were suppose to be trained and compassionate caregivers and stayed with my brother to ensure his good care. As a result, my brother passed away in a clean and serene environment. THANK YOU!
