Very poor management. Never available to answer phone calls or return messages. Staff is so so. Look elseware for a more responsive company for your loved ones.

I used ComForcare every week for my wife. We had few girls who were good and there were a couple who were average. We had issues with the billing but they were able to straighten it out. Overall, they did a satisfactory job.

We always strive to find the best fit for each situation and adjust girls when changes are required. I am glad that we were able to work with your needs and that we have been able to assist.

ComForcare provided a housekeeper for me. She does a good job and she's very cooperative. We have good rapport with each other. She gets things done for me. If she makes any changes around the house, she would ask permission from me which I really appreciate.

ComForcare is great for my mom. They’ve been very prompt in getting back to me when I call. All of the girls have been really good with my mom. They’re very caring with her. I don't have any complaints about them.

The service was good. Our only complaint was about a mix-up on schedules. We had to have our daytime stay over 1 hour to cover for the ComforCare person who didn’t have her schedule correct.
