They are a good hha agency ,but are lacking in communication b tween there aides and office workers whn it comes to an aide being off sick and the office having aides for bck up and calling clients to Inform no one will be out to ur home.i am on hospice and really count on my aide to help w/ things i cannot do, yet for 2 days this weekend I had my 75 yr old mother come over and help me out whn I was scheduled to have an aide both days.the aide i have is excellent and i understand ppl get sick , but for the office not to send anyone else out knowing my situation reflects negativity on there part and has me in ? Of there commitment to providing care whn a staff member is off sick and as a client you find out whn no one shows up and you call the 24hr answering and no one answers to help resolve ur issue. So other thn the poor communication and aide fill ins, they are an ok agency or else I have just been using them to long and they take my polite,easy going attitude as a weakness and I'll just keep dealing w/ this issue and w/ my situation i have to say my personality and health won't and i will have to find a better replacement.
