"My mother lives by herself in a retirement community several states away from me. I appreciate the care the Home Instead caretakers give to my mother. They provide her with companionship and are able to let me know if she needs anything. My mother’s memory is slipping and I feel more comfortable with having someone there watching out for her."

"Interim HealthCare of Salem has a visiting nurse who checks my dad's vitals, educates me on medication, and safety, and she basically comes in once a week to see if he's still able to live alone. The nurse understands about Alzheimer's and she needs what to look for, and what I need to know since I dont know what questions to ask. They're excellent."

"The caregivers from Helpful Hands are fantastic. It's more than just a job for them. They'll do everything. They take care of anything that comes up. I wouldn't have to worry about somebody coming in even if the weather is bad. And they give a cheaper price. They would even help even if we have problems with plumbing, air-condition, or with flood. They're unbelievable. "

"This agency has quit being responsive to our calls and emails and we've only been with them a few months. When someone finally did talk to us about a month ago, they said management had changed and there had been turnover. When you have clients who are dependent on care, this lack of response is unacceptable. We are never told in a timely manner if or even when someone will be sent over for care when our primary caregiver is out. As of today, I am waiting on a promised return call from over two weeks ago. Seem to have lost sight of the true nature of their business."

"Before finding Vising Angels my family and I were running out of hope that there was an in-home provider that would work for us. Once we decided on Visiting Angels, the caregivers that my father recieved were professional, kind and wonderful to work with. Its obvious they care about you and your family and want your loved ones to recieve the best care possible.
