"There are very few (2) really good care providers with very limited availability due to how great they are as they are booked up. Otherwise the providers move household items to new places (with dementia clients), do callouts, need to leave early. Schedulers don't listen to (or need numerous reminders) of things associated with the clients. I praise the 2 great providers, but overall suggest using another comp."

"We really like the communication and check ins to see how things are going. You truly feel like they are working with you and part of the family of people helping to care for our mom. They are really great at helping around the house to clean and do some cooking."

"I can't say enough good things about them. CIDER initially started with a group of volunteers willing to drive other "Island Neighbors" to medical appointments in Burlington, and for shopping and other transportation needs. It has developed to provide many services, including meals (with transportation), community connection, building ramps for access to homes, etc. They now have a number of vans, and lots of services - all developed primarily through the enthusiasm of the Island Resident members - it's an amazing organization. "I live in Costa Rica and my parents are in Vermont. I am writing this review on all three of their pages as I am not sure which one is accurate. I am so grateful for the help and support provided by TLC HomeCare during my Mom''s trip to the ER on Wednesday night. After a very difficult 6 months, I was excited to be on my way to the Boston airport returning home to Costa RIca. I then received a call from The Residence that they were sending Mom to the ER in an ambulance after a fall. My excitement quickly vanished and I considered all my options. Given the great support last time in the ER, I contacted TLC HomeCare. TLC's scheduled Sharon, who Mom is now very attached to, was at the UVMMC ER in no time. She stayed with Mom until her return to The Residence at midnight. Given Mom's dementia, having someone there I believe was critical. I was so relieved and thankful for this option. I was able to get on the plane and Mom seemed fine when I spoke with her via video phone yesterday:). I am grateful to all that made this happen at a time Me and Mom really needed it. You folks are really living up to the TLC name. Many thanks!"

"Bayada Assistive Care Williston has been totally phenomenal. We have been so blessed to have a young lady who has been with my mother-in-law. She spends almost every day with her for six hours a day, and she's just lovely. We've been using them for three weeks now. They prepare meals, and they do a little light house cleaning. They take her to hair appointments or doctor's appointments. They also play games with her. They engage her, and they take her into her gardens. It's been wonderful. There's been a little bit of a struggle just because I think of COVID. They don't have a full complement of help. That was a little challenging, but we're happy with what we're getting. I would absolutely recommend them, a hundred percent."

"We learned that mother was being discharged from the hospital on a Friday afternoon and we couldn't care for her ourselves. We called Armistead and they were at the hospital within 30 minutes for an assessment and had a caregiver at mom's house that night. Their caregivers were highly trained, professional, compassionate and reliable. We never had to worry about mom's care and frankly, I was able to sleep at night knowing mom was being so well cared for. We recommend them to everyone we know that needs care at home. "

"SYNERGY helped with my parents after my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. They were responsive, punctual and helped my mom after she was released from the hospital. We had to increase hours and SYNERGY was able to manage the increase within a short timeframe. I highly recommend them."
