My father has Alzheimer's and many of the associated challenges (both for me --his daughter--as live-in caregiver--and any in-home, third-party assistance.). Right at Home has been incredibly professional, provided quite good communication, and ensures unusually thoughtful, careful, and responsive staffing for in-home care a couple of times a week (to give me a break). Jennifer and Ashley LISTEN and have provided one of the best caregivers/experiences I've tried within the past year. Unlike a few other providers for home healthcare and continuing help, they work to match needs, personality profiles, etc. (Rather than the more typical, "here is a "body" for this week/day or the next, ever-changing staff, and last-minute scheduling/staffing changes.). Regretfully, our current "helper" must take some time off for personal reasons. Jennifer and Ashley are working to not only provide a suitable replacement, but they are having the replacement "shadow" our current caregiver. They are aware we will have to see how my dad interacts with a female vs male caregiver. I realize this has been a long review, but I believe these guys deserve a more in-depth review than most "one-size-fits-all" providers. "
