They're certified home health care aides, and they do everything. They assist her in getting dressed when she needs it, making meals, and making sure she is safe, which is the most important thing. My sister is very comfortable with them. She knows most of them now. There's a core of four people that handles her care. In general, they have qualified people working for them that care about the clients."

"I have used this agency for hha for my mom who is a stroke surviver, bedridden with dementia. No less thank 4 times (in less than 6 months) nobody has shown up, and the agency notifies me it will be hours (once 6 hours) for a substitute to arrive. Yesterday and today, I went to work, only to find out an hour later no aide was with my mom. (AND SHE IS COMPLETELY HELPLESS!) They have no backup system, and are not dependable. I wish I could make a criminal complaint for endangering my moms life. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE "
